How do IaGenify credits work?

See where credits are used, how usage is shown, and what happens when a balance runs low.

creditsusagebilling

Credits give you one place to follow paid usage across your IaGenify work. You can review your current balance in Settings → Billing, then open a run to see how its work progressed and what was charged.

Follow a run as it works

Before a call begins, IaGenify reserves an amount from your available balance. When the call finishes, the reservation is settled against the usage that completed. Run details help you connect that activity to the step that produced it.

You can set a spending ceiling for an answer or run. When the available budget is reached, work stops before going beyond that limit. Review the ceiling and the remaining balance when a task ends earlier than expected.

If something fails

A failed operation does not keep its reservation: the reserved amount is returned. If a run stops, open its status and step details to see whether it completed, needs your input, or can be retried.

What to check next

If a task cannot start, check the balance and the spending ceiling first. If it stops partway through, inspect the run history and the step status before retrying; a completed earlier step may already have produced a result you can use.
